School rules

  • Be kind. Lurking is allowed. Being useful is encouraged.
  • Hallway track is real. The best conversations happen between sessions.
  • Vendors are community members — pitch-trapping in line for coffee is not.
  • Vendor-neutral ≠ vendor-hostile. Be useful, not weird.
  • Criticism should be useful, not performative.
  • Sanitize screenshots. Mute is sanity preservation, not surrender.
  • Event spaces + hotel common areas only. No guest hotel floors.
  • Ask before photographing regular attendees. Lore humans are fair game within reason.
  • Report problems to MSPGeek staff/admins, or venue security if it's urgent.
